Emergency Update

Greetings brothers and sisters,

On July 20th, 2015, one day after my 47th birthday I had a head-on collision with another prisoner on the Basketball court here on Pack I in Navasota, Texas. I suffered a deep gash to my left eyebrow area near my temple. The injury required 3 stitches. The University of Texas Medical Branch personnel here did an excellent job stitching me up.

Many of you do not know this, but I suffer from epilepsy. I had a grand mal seizure in November 2014. Well after this recent injury, I have been having really bad headaches all week and I have been experiencing the “aura” I experience when I’m about to have a bad seizure episode.

On July 26th at around 8 a.m. I had a bad seizure episode! The security personnel were not very enthusiastic to contact medical – at least that is what I was was told – I don’t remember much – I have a large lump on the back of my head and these people are trying to force me to work in the kitchen – and I’ve requested to be placed in a medical squad designation job assignment – until a specialist can assess my neurological condition.

I need comrades to contact T.D.C.J. and request that I am placed in a medically unassigned status. I need people to contact T.D.C.J. on my behalf because as we have seen with our brother Mumia Abu Jamal, the oppressor does not have a vested interest in the health, safety or welfare of any prisoner who speaks truth to power. Mumia is the gold standard of the Political Prisoner in Amerika who is beat down and oppressed but still Mumia rises to the call of ACTION AND, SO WILL I:
